Iended up buying Russian Red and I love it. Ruby Woo was too bright for me (about an NW15 in skin tone). I think you need to consider not only the color but the formula of both lipsticks as well. Russian Red is a matte formula, which I find very comfortable to wear and easy to apply. Ruby Woo, on the other hand, is a retro matte.
